Ultimize AI
automation that finishes the job
Most AI deployed in a growing business answers questions, and a person still opens the CRM to do the work. Ultimize AI connects into CRM, ERP and ITSM platforms and completes the work inside them. Named AI Company of the Year 2026 by siliconindia for this platform.
The difference
Responding is not the same as executing.
Ask most business AI to handle a customer request and it produces text. Someone then reads that text, opens the system of record, and types the change in. The AI sits beside the systems that run the company rather than working through them.
Ultimize AI updates records, resolves support tickets and retrieves operational data inside your existing platforms. The distinction sounds small. It is the difference between saving a few minutes of typing and removing a step from the process entirely.
Writes into your systems
CRM, ERP and ITSM integration, with the platform completing workflows in place rather than handing a suggestion back to a person.
Task-level model routing
Each task goes to whichever model suits it, so a simple classification job does not run on a frontier model priced for harder work.
Privacy built in, not bolted on
Real-time PII scanning and redaction with audit trails, and the option to run the whole platform inside your own infrastructure.
Multi-LLM orchestration
No single provider to depend on.
The platform does not commit to one model vendor. It routes each task to the model that fits it, drawing on Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and others depending on what the specific business task requires.
For a business running on thin margins the cost argument is the practical one. Reserving an expensive model for the work that genuinely needs it is often what separates an automation programme that pays for itself from a line item somebody questions at renewal.
The platform uses multi-LLM orchestration to intelligently route tasks to the most suitable model including Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and others, depending on what the specific business task requires. This keeps performance high and operational costs optimized, without locking organizations into dependence on a single AI provider.

Data protection
Built for the DPDP Act, not retrofitted to it.
PII scanning and redaction
Personal data is identified and redacted in real time as it moves through the platform.
Audit trails
Actions are logged, so there is a record of what an agent did and when it did it.
DPDP-aligned controls
Compliance mechanisms were designed against India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework rather than added afterwards.
Your infrastructure, if you prefer
The platform runs in the cloud or entirely inside your own environment. For regulated sectors that choice is frequently the deciding factor.
We set out the underlying obligations in our guide to DPDP Act compliance for enterprise AI.
Where it came from
Eighteen years of delivery, then a platform.
Win Infosoft has run managed infrastructure, cloud migration and custom software for small and mid-sized businesses since 2008. Ultimize AI came out of a pattern visible across those years: fragmented systems, manual handoffs between teams, and automation that stopped being used shortly after launch.
Two partnerships shaped it. A 2025 collaboration with TechHeights LLC in the United States brought exposure to global AI standards. A memorandum of understanding with IIIT Vadodara, covering AI, machine learning and digital twin technologies, brought academic rigour. Voice interaction is being extended through an initiative called LEO.

Recognition
AI Company of the Year 2026, for this platform.
siliconindia named Win Infosoft AI Company of the Year 2026 in the category AI-Powered Enterprise Automation Platform, inside its AI Services and Solutions Providers listing. The citation is signed by managing editor Mandvi Singh. The certificate and the full magazine feature are published on our About page.
Worth being direct, since it is our own award: a magazine citation is editorial recognition. It is not an audit, not a benchmark, and not evidence that any particular deployment will pay back. We wrote about what the award was and was not for.
Before you buy anything
Questions worth asking, ours included.
If you are evaluating an automation platform, these are the unglamorous questions that decide whether it works. Ask them of us and of everyone else on your shortlist.
Which process, and what does it cost now?
Name the specific process you intend to automate and what it costs to run manually today. Without that number there is nothing to measure against.
Does it write back, or only read?
A platform that reads from your systems of record and hands text to a person has not removed the step. Ask to see the write path.
Who is accountable for a wrong action?
When an agent does the wrong thing, there has to be a named owner and an audit trail that shows what happened.
Where does your data sit?
Ask whether the whole system can run inside your own infrastructure, and what leaves it if it does not.
What does month thirteen cost?
Pilot pricing ends. Get the number for the year after the one you are being quoted.
Will it still be used in a year?
Most stalled projects were launched as a layer alongside existing platforms. We looked at why agentic AI projects stall between pilot and payback.
Common questions
Ultimize AI, answered directly.
What is Ultimize AI?
An AI automation platform for growing businesses, developed by Win Infosoft with TechHeights LLC in the United States. It integrates with CRM, ERP and ITSM systems and carries out workflows inside them, rather than answering questions about them.
Which AI models does it use?
It uses multi-LLM orchestration, routing each task to the most suitable model, including Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek among others, so that performance and cost can be balanced per task without depending on a single provider.
Can it run without sending our data to the cloud?
Yes. It can be deployed in the cloud or entirely within your own infrastructure. It includes real-time PII scanning and redaction and audit trails, with compliance mechanisms aligned to India's DPDP framework.
How is this different from adding a chatbot to our CRM?
A chatbot answers a question and a person then goes into the system and does the work. Ultimize AI writes back into the system of record - updating records, resolving tickets, retrieving operational data - so the step leaves the process rather than getting faster.
Does the siliconindia award mean the platform will work for us?
No. An award is editorial recognition, not an audit or a benchmark. Evaluate any automation platform on the process you intend to automate, whether it writes back into your systems of record, the audit trail when an agent acts wrongly, where your data sits, and what it costs after pilot pricing ends.
Who built it?
Win Infosoft, which has run managed infrastructure, cloud migration and custom software for small and mid-sized businesses since 2008, in collaboration with TechHeights LLC in the United States from 2025. A memorandum of understanding with IIIT Vadodara covering AI, machine learning and digital twin technologies also shaped the platform.
